Go to the App Store and download VLC Player on your iPhone.
Once installation is complete, connect your iPhone to your Mac via a lightning USB charger wire.
Click on the Mobile symbol which is located to the side of the music button.
Next, you will see the overview of your iPhone. There, click on the File Sharing option which is on the left side of the screen.
